ZWIFT RACING LEAGUE
Zwift racing League is one of the premiere events on Zwift, each round lasting 6 weeks and with a mixture of Scratch and Points races and Team Time Trials.
Each round lasts 6 weeks, with a different race each week, each team is permitted to have a maximum of 12 members per team, although only 6 team mebers are permitted to race each week. Therefore having a strong roster is important.
ZRL currently has 3 rounds per year and then the finals series.
There are 8 divisions in total these are Open / Mixed - Grades A-D and Womens - Grades A-D and 14 different timezones so everyone worldwide can compete.
Four Star Racing aim to enter teams in all grades and divisions, although currently all of our teams race is the Open / Mixed divisions. We are keen to grow and develop our womens grades within our team so that we can start to enter teams in the womens divisions

Our current teams in each grade are;
WeZ 4STAR - A Grade - Oceania Western - This is a combined A grade team with World Elite Zwifters and is great to have a partnership with one of the top Zwift teams, it offers great pathways for our A graders to mix it with top Quality racers.
4STAR Mira - A Grade - EMEAE South - A team for our early morning racers, the banner drops at 6.30am NZ time, we have some strong racers in this team who achieve some good results.
4STAR Polaris - B Grade - Oceania Central - Our Round 2 winning team for the 2023/24 season, this team has a great mix of riders and utilises its roster very well according to the type of course, winning a round in their debut season is an awesome achievement.
4STAR Acrux - B Grade - Oceania Central - Another strong team who have come together to put some great performances on the board, they ride and race hard and provide back up riders to Polaris when and if required.
4STAR Bushwackers - C - Grade - Oceania Central - A narrow second place in round 2 of the 2023/24 season this team has put in some epic performances and is always there at the top of the leaderboard in most races, they know how to suffer and are looking forward to capturing that top step of the podium.
4STAR Atlas - C Grade - Oceania Central - Atlas is another team that rides hard and is a great support for our other C grade teams, they provide riders to Bushwackers when needed and also utilise riders from Castor when required, ensuring there are always pathways for our riders to improve. Usually in the mid-pack, you can't deny their dedication and they are handy at taking points off other teams in support of the Bushwackers.
4STAR Castor - C Grade - Oceania Central - Our 3rd C grade team, this is a team for those new to ZRL or those that want to race for development, without the pressure of trying to score top points. This team personifies what Four Star Racing is about, the team, riding and race for enjoyment and giving it their best. Castor riders provide reserves for Atlas and have also put in some great rides.
4STAR Rigel - D Grade Oceania Western - Our only D grade team so far, again this team is made up of a great bunch of people, they ride and race hard and our the flagship of our D grade, their performances have been awesome and we look forward to seeing them do well on a weekly basis.
So as you can see here at Four Star Racing we provide pathways for improvement but also a low pressure environment where those who are comfortable staying in their current division can do so, but those who upgrade can move into established and supportive teams. We aim to enter more teams in the future as our membership numbers rise and are aiming to have at least 3 teams in each grade, so we can continue to provide those pathways and opportunities for those to improve and upgrade whilst also providing those low pressure racing environments for our members who are racing for enjoyment and fitness.
